I don’t know about you, but sometimes when serving people or organizations I get frustrated. Oftentimes, we allow these frustrations to deter us from the work that needs to take place in our lives. We focus heavily on what others may or may not be doing, and it can easily distract us from the work that we’ve been called to do. We need to learn how to better manage moments of frustration and find out from God what He wants us to do during these moments. Sometimes, there are things that are within our abilities that God will allow us to move in, to help not just address the immediate frustration, but also to address the situation on a more global scale. Be patient and listen to God. Move when He tells you to move. Be silent when He tells you to be quiet. Be appropriately vocal when He tells you to share His heart.
